★ UK 1st Class Signed For: £4.59 (1-2 working days)

★ UK Special Delivery: £7.50 (guaranteed next day delivery)

★ Ireland Standard Tracked: £10.99 (3-5 working days)

★ Europe Standard Tracked: 12.99 (3-7 working days)

★ Rest of the world Tracked: £14.99 (5-10 working days)

 

Items can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched after being purchased. These delivery times commence from the date of dispatch, and please note that they are an estimation and to be used as a guide only. All UK orders are sent Signed For so there is proof of delivery and all orders outside of the UK are sent tracked and once they have been shipped you will receive a tracking number which can be used to track your item at all times.

 

Returns

As all items are handmade to order, I cannot accept returns. However on the rare occasion of you receiving an item that is faulty or damaged, or an issue arises within 30 days for receiving the item, please contact me immediately by emailing sales@sophievansbags.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos if possible, and we can arrange a replacement item.
